These terms apply to your use of verdegolftravel.co.uk and to golf holidays booked with Verde Golf Travel. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Prices and quotes

  • All prices shown on our website are guide "From" prices per person and depend on dates, availability and group size.
  • Offers marked "From POA" are priced on application.
  • Prices are only confirmed once you submit an enquiry and we send you a written quote with a VGT reference.
  • We will correct any obvious pricing errors on the website before a booking is confirmed.

3. Making a booking

  • A booking is confirmed only when we have received your deposit and issued written confirmation.
  • The lead booker accepts these terms on behalf of everyone in the group and must be 18 or over.
  • Please check all names, dates and details on your confirmation and tell us of any errors straight away.

4. Deposits and payments

  • A £200.00 whole-group deposit holds your dates for 30 days.
  • A second deposit is due 30 days from booking.
  • Group deposit terms apply to groups of 8 or more and are subject to availability.
  • The balance is due by the date shown on your confirmation. If payment is not received on time, we may cancel the booking and apply cancellation charges.

5. Changes and cancellations by you

  • Requests to change a booking must be made in writing and may incur supplier charges and an amendment fee.
  • If you cancel, cancellation charges apply as set out in your booking confirmation. Deposits are normally non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance from the time of booking, including cancellation cover.

6. Changes and cancellations by us

  • Occasionally we may need to change your arrangements, for example due to course maintenance or supplier changes. We will tell you as soon as possible.
  • If we make a significant change or cancel your holiday, you may accept the change, choose an alternative, or receive a full refund of money paid to us.
  • We are not responsible for events outside our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes or government advice.

7. Financial protection

Flight-inclusive packages are ATOL protected. Details of your protection will be confirmed on your booking documents.

8. Golf courses and tee times

Tee times are subject to course availability and the course's own rules, dress codes and handicap requirements. Course maintenance may affect playing conditions; we will share known maintenance dates where available.

9. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any health documents needed for travel, and for behaving appropriately at hotels and golf courses.

10. Complaints

If you have a problem during your holiday, please tell the supplier and us straight away so we can try to resolve it. Any complaint after your return should be sent in writing to sales@verdegolftravel.co.uk within 28 days.

11. Use of this website

  • Website content, images and logos belong to Verde Golf Travel or its partners and may not be copied without permission.
  • We aim to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the website will always be available or error-free.
  • Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we use your information.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
